NERV is a wellness and educational application designed to provide educational content about the nervous system and practical tools intended to support stress regulation, focus, and resilience.
Important Notice: All information and content provided in the App are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App does not provide healthcare services.
Account Information: Name (optional), Email address, Encrypted password, Social login identifiers.
Technical Data: IP address (logged at login), session information.
Usage Data: Lesson and practice completion data.
We do not collect device IDs, advertising IDs, GPS location data, or crash logs.
We process personal data to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, provide access to content, track completion progress, ensure security, and improve the App.
We retain personal data only while your account remains active. Upon account deletion, data is immediately deleted. Encrypted backups may be retained for up to 7 days for disaster recovery purposes.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is hosted via Supabase (PostgreSQL hosting) in the Asia Pacific region (Mumbai, India).
Personal data may be transferred to and stored in India. Appropriate contractual safeguards are in place with our service providers.
We implement encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, role-based access control, restricted internal access, and logging of data access.
Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of their data by contacting contact@nervhelp.com. Users may also delete their account within the App.
The App is intended for individuals aged 16 years or older.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NERV mobile application operated by 주식회사 너 브 ("Company"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You acknowledge that participation in physical exercises and breathing practices involves inherent risks. Use of the App is at your own risk.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Accounts may not be shared or used commercially without permission.
All content within the App is the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed USD $100 or the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
